Full Job Description

In this role, you’ll work directly with clients—primarily by phone—solving real insurance problems, answering coverage questions, and helping families protect what matters most.

This is a fast paced service environment ideal for someone who enjoys helping people and solving problems throughout the day. Our clients expect fast, knowledgeable service, and our team goes beyond simply reacting to requests, we proactively review coverage and look for ways to better protect the families we serve.

What You’ll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of insurance clients
Handle inbound client requests including coverage questions, endorsements, billing issues, and policy changes
Support a high-performance sales team by delivering fast, accurate service to clients
Provide clear explanations of coverage and policy options so clients can make informed decisions
Conduct proactive coverage reviews and identify opportunities to improve protection
Assist clients through claims situations and coordinate with carriers when needed
Maintain accurate documentation and follow agency procedures when servicing policies
Identify opportunities to improve client protection through home, auto, umbrella, earthquake, and life insurance coverage

What You Bring

California Property & Casualty License
1–2 years of insurance agency or brokerage experience preferred
Strong knowledge of personal lines coverage (auto, home, umbrella preferred)
Ability to manage multiple client requests in a fast-paced environment
Strong phone communication and problem-solving skills
Experience using agency management systems and carrier portals
High attention to detail when servicing policies and documenting changes
