Full Job Description

THE OPPORTUNITY:Pacific Power Reps (PPR) is seeking a Territory Manager to own and grow our Southern California C&I market. You will serve as a trusted advisor to commercial and industrial organizations across data centers, renewable energy, solar and wind generation, oil and gas, manufacturing, and production - connecting real application needs with the products, technologies, and expertise of our manufacturing partners. This is a full-time, remote and field-based role for a self-directed sales professional who lives in Southern California. You will develop the territory strategy, deepen key accounts, create new business, and coordinate resources from initial conversation through specification, approval, order, and follow-through. The territory ranges from Kern County across to Monterey County and includes everything south.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN: Develop and execute a focused territory plan that grows revenue, market share, and strategic account penetration across Southern California's C&I markets. Establish and strengthen relationships with facility engineers, plant and operations leaders, procurement teams, distributors, EPCs, contractors, system integrators, and other decision-makers. Identify application challenges and emerging needs across target sectors, then position practical, technically credible solutions from PPR's manufacturing partners. Build a healthy opportunity pipeline through prospecting, account planning, referrals, site engagement, and disciplined follow-up. Lead customer meetings, presentations, demonstrations, training, application support, and field support in partnership with manufacturers and internal resources. Navigate long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with clear next steps and strong customer communication. Maintain accurate account, activity, opportunity, and forecast information in the assigned CRM. Share market intelligence and collaborate across PPR and manufacturer teams to achieve territory sales targets

Pay: $120,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year

Application Question(s):

Strong knowledge of C&I customer needs and how technical solutions are evaluated, specified, approved, purchased, and supported. Familiarity with one or more target sectors: data centers; renewable energy, including solar and wind generation; oil and gas; manufacturing; or production facilities. A proven record of winning new business, expanding existing accounts, and managing complex relationships over time. Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with technical and business audiences.

Sound judgment, active listening, strong questions, and the ability to translate problems into valuable solutions. Excellent organization, time management, follow-through, and pipeline discipline.

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

Demonstrated sales, BD, rep exp in C & I electrical market: 5 years (Preferred)
