Full Job Description

Job Overview

We are a premier, highly successful dealership group that has been proudly serving the Brevard County community for decades. To protect our current operations, this search is being conducted with strict confidentiality. We are seeking an elite, high-performing Used Car Director to take our pre-owned operations to the next level. If you are a top-tier automotive leader who thrives on execution, possesses an unmatched work ethic, and demands to be the " best of the best" we want to talk to you.

Duties

You will have complete oversight of the used vehicle lifecycle. Your core responsibilities will include:

Inventory Acquisition: Masterfully sourcing vehicles through multiple channels, with a heavy emphasis on buying vehicles off the street and buying/selling cars out of service.

Reconditioning and Velocity: Overseeing a tight, efficient reconditioning process to minimize cycle time and maximize front-end gross.

Merchandising and Display: Managing the physical and digital display of used vehicles to ensure maximum turn, appeal, and market visibility.

Inventory Management: Utilizing advanced software to price, appraise, and age inventory effectively.

Experience

Five years of a proven, verifiable track record as a Used Car Director or Used Car Manager.

You must be a subject matter expert with vAuto. If you cannot navigate, analyze, and price masterfully inside vAuto, please do not apply.

Proven success in street purchase programs and service lane acquisition.

Strong ability to manage reconditioning teams, detailers, and buyers to keep the inventory flowing.

Familiarity with the Central Florida/Brevard County market is a major plus.

Compensation

Highly competitive compensation: $150,000 to $200,000 expected annual earnings (base + performance bonus structure).
