Livestream Golf Host
Position summary
We are one of the fastest growing golf shops on TikTok, and we sell fun. Our streams put the top names in golf in front of a live audience every day, from clubs and apparel to balls, training aids, and accessories.
We are hiring two on camera hosts who combine genuine golf expertise with the presence to carry a live audience. The host is the voice of the stream: presenting product, running auctions and giveaways, responding to chat in real time, and driving sales volume.
Responsibilities
● Host a minimum of five hours of live selling per day on TikTok● Complete three hours of stream preparation and shipping preparation daily, including lineup build, product staging, and order fulfillment support● Present and explain product on camera across clubs, apparel, balls, training aids, and accessories● Conduct auctions, surprise sets, and giveaways in accordance with platform rules● Engage live chat, convert viewers into repeat buyers, and sustain audience energy for the full session● Coordinate with the stream team on lineup, pricing, and inventory readiness prior to going live● Meet GMV, average order value, and follower growth targets● Maintain platform compliance on every stream
Required qualifications
● Demonstrated golf knowledge across brands, club categories, shafts, fitting fundamentals, apparel, and product value● On camera presence and the stamina to sustain a five hour broadcast● A persuasive, professional sales approach that motivates purchase decisions without pressuring the customer● Consistent reliability and punctuality. Streams run on a fixed schedule● Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain on your feet for the duration of a shift
Preferred qualifications
● Live selling experience on TikTok, Whatnot, or a comparable platform● Retail golf, pro shop, club fitting, or teaching professional background● Experience conducting auctions or live breaks
Schedule and location
On site, full time, daytime shift. Some evening and weekend coverage is required.
Compensation
Base pay plus commission following a training period. Performance bonuses available.
