Join our dedicated care team in our beautiful residential treatment centers located in Encino and Santa Clarita. We are seeking an LVN/LPT who is passionate about recovery, skilled in patient care, and eager to be a positive role model for youth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the client intake process, including paperwork, consents, pharmacy coordination, and assigning duties to support staff.
Maintain accurate and timely records, including assessments, treatments, vitals, medication counts, and progress notes.
Administer, document, and manage medications; ensure proper handling of discontinued meds.
Collect and process urine specimens per company policy.
Monitor chronic health conditions, respond to medical concerns, and coordinate care with other professionals as needed.
Report health issues (e.g., unusual vitals, illness, weight changes) to the medical and leadership team.
Respond to urgent/emergent situations, providing first aid, wound care, stabilization, and ensuring timely medical attention.
Schedule off-site medical appointments and maintain compliance with HIPAA, ADA, and Joint Commission standards.
Maintain first aid supplies, safety protocols, and support a safe, structured environment.
Collaborate with clinical and mentor staff to support client recovery and program success.

What We’re Looking For

Current California LVN or LPT license.
At least 2 years of prior nursing experience (residential setting preferred).
EMR experience (KIPU a plus).
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with strong time management and organizational skills.
Self-starter who takes initiative and can work with minimal supervision.
Strong communication, decision-making, and teamwork skills.
Compassionate, professional, and reliable presence in all client and team interactions.

Schedule Openings:

Tuesday - Saturday: 2:30pm-11pm
Thursday-Monday: 2:30pm-11pm
Sunday-Thursday: 2:30pm-11pm
Morning Shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour
