Full Job Description

Introduction:
Join our team to help real estate developers and property managers achieve their goals through technology. As a Business Solutions Consultant, you’ll drive successful client outcomes by leading Acumatica implementations, delivering training, and providing remote consulting—all from the comfort of your home office.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end Acumatica implementations, including installation, integration, data migration, and user training.
Provide ongoing consulting, optimization, and post-implementation support to maximize client success.
Collaborate with deployment, sales, and support teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Develop training materials, “how-to” guides, and contribute to case studies and blogs.

Must-Have Skills:

3+ years of hands-on experience with Acumatica, Sage, NetSuite, Yardi, or MRI in real estate or property management.
Accounting degree or equivalent experience implementing accounting software in real estate.
Deep understanding of property management, construction/development workflows, and accounting best practices.
Outstanding communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
