Full Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR sourcing, talent management, and technical recruiting, with proficiency in HRIS systems such as UltiPro and Kronos.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, and networking events.
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
Manage the applicant tracking system to maintain accurate records of candidate progress throughout the hiring process.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
Utilize tools for managing employee data
Generate reports
Maintain positive relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.

Requirements

Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required or equivalent related work experience.
Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook, Internet and Intranet navigation.
Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives.
Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high level of quality and productivity.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative and make independent decisions.
Ability to deal with new tasks without the benefit of written procedures.
Approachable, flexible and adaptable to change.
Function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with employees and vendors.
Ability to staff building to meet state requirements and maintain budget of the building
Manage overtime throughout the building.
Work on the floor if necessary.
