Qualifications:

Sales experience preferred

Establishing relationships with clientele and provide follow up

What does training look like?

Your product knowledge will come from our learning platform as well as specialized training from the agency owner, who was mentored from the leading Farmers office in both Nevada and Oregon!

Is prior insurance sales experience needed?

Not at all! We will provide you with all the tools and knowledge you need to be successful immediately!

Will I purchase my own leads?

Never! Your leads will be provided for you, you will never have to go out and ask for business!

Is this a commission-only position?

Nope! We understand the importance of having financial stability, so we provide competitive base salaries for all our Sales Representatives, in addition to uncapped commission and bonuses/incentives.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
