Full Job Description

We’re looking for a driven Project Accountant who wants more than just a back-office role. This position offers direct exposure to project teams, leadership, and real-time financial decision-making within a growing construction organization.

If you’re strong in job costing and ready to level up your career, this is an opportunity to grow into expanded responsibility and leadership over time.

What You’ll Do

Manage job cost tracking and project financial reporting
Maintain WIP schedules and cost-to-complete forecasts
Process and track change orders
Support subcontract billing, AP, and lien waivers
Partner with Project Managers to drive financial performance
Assist with month-end close and revenue recognition

What You Bring

Associate’s degree in Accounting (or 5+ years construction job costing experience)
Sage 300 experience (required)
Strong understanding of construction accounting
Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow

Nice to Have

AP and lien waiver experience
Change order processing
Job, Estimate and Contract setup experience
General Contractor and Subcontract billing knowledge (AIA G702 and G703)
