The Coleman Insurance Group Allstate Agency is seeking Allstate experienced, licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Producers who want to grow their career, make an impact, and enjoy a healthy balance between work and life. If you are motivated, relationship-driven, and passionate about protecting what matters most to clients, we want to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For

We are only considering candidates who meet these required qualifications:

Proven track record of insurance sales success in an Allstate Agency setting
Valid Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License
Must reside in the State of Texas *REQUIRED*
Must have experience selling Allstate Insurance in the State of Texas *REQUIRED*
Experience with Lead Manager, eAgent, Gateway, and Advisor Pro
Strong integrity with evidence of consistent, dependable performance
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (bilingual a plus)

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Sales Producer, you’ll play a vital role in helping clients protect what matters most by:

Making 50+ outbound calls daily to prospective clients
Prospecting for win-backs, cross-sells, and new business opportunities
Conducting client insurance reviews and tailoring coverage solutions
Building referral partnerships with local business professionals
Delivering outstanding customer service and long-term relationship building
Following proven systems, processes, and compliance requirements
