Director of Operations

Lake Havasu City, AZ (On-Site)
$130,000–$150,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus

Build Something From the Ground Up

This is not a role where you inherit a mature operation- it's an opportunity to build one.

We are launching a new operation in Lake Havasu City and are looking for a Director of Operations to lead it from day one. You'll build the team, establish operational systems, develop customer relationships, and take ownership of the financial performance of the business. If you enjoy creating structure, leading people, solving problems, and growing a business, this is an opportunity to leave a lasting impact.

What You'll OwnBuild the Operation

Launch and establish a new operation from the ground up.
Develop the systems, processes, and operational cadence needed to support long-term growth.
Create scalable workflows that improve efficiency, quality, and the customer experience.
Build a foundation that allows the business to grow well beyond its first year.

Lead the Team

Recruit, hire, develop, and retain a high-performing team.
Create a culture built around ownership, accountability, safety, and exceptional service.
Set clear expectations and coach employees to consistently achieve them.
Develop future leaders as the organization grows.

Drive Growth

Build relationships throughout the Lake Havasu market with homeowners, business owners, contractors, property managers, municipalities, and other strategic partners.
Partner with ownership to identify new growth opportunities.
Expand recurring service relationships while supporting new customer acquisition.
Represent the company within the local business community.

Own Operations

Lead the day-to-day execution of the business.
Oversee scheduling, staffing, customer communication, field execution, and service quality.
Continuously improve processes that increase efficiency and profitability.
Ensure the operation consistently delivers an outstanding customer experience.

Own the Financial Performance

Take full ownership of the operation's P&L.
Monitor revenue, margins, labor efficiency, and operating expenses.
Make data-driven decisions that improve profitability while positioning the business for sustainable growth.
Establish operating metrics and hold the team accountable to achieving them.

Within your first 12 months, you will:

Successfully launch and stabilize a new operation.
Build and retain a high-performing team.
Establish a strong customer base throughout the region.
Create efficient operational systems that support future growth.
Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction while building a profitable business.

Who We're Looking For

This role is designed for someone who enjoys building organizations, leading people, and taking ownership.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Experience leading operations, a business unit, branch, or multi-functional team.
Strong leadership skills with a history of hiring, developing, and retaining great people.
A commercial mindset with the ability to build relationships and help grow revenue.
Financial acumen with responsibility for budgets, forecasting, or P&L ownership.
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
High personal accountability and a strong ownership mentality.
The ability to thrive in an autonomous, fast-moving environment.
Strong organizational skills and disciplined execution.

Preferred Qualifications

Leadership experience within a residential or commercial services business, construction, facilities services, industrial services, or another field-based operation.
Experience launching, growing, or turning around a business, branch, or operating division.
Experience managing service operations with recurring customer relationships.
Familiarity with the Arizona market is a plus, but not required.
