Full Job Description

This is NOT a remote position.

Summary:

The Executive Assistant serves as a key partner to the CEO and administrative and clerical support for the administrative department. You will assist with confidential executive priorities, prepare for upcoming initiatives, manage board relations, and ensure that internal operations, meetings, and physical environments feel organized, welcoming, and aligned with CRH’s mission.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

Manage and protect the CEO’s time, priorities, and daily focus.

Assist with meeting readiness such as preparing agendas, background materials, and follow-up items for leadership and community meetings.

Assist other members of executive team as needed.

Assist with employee engagement.

Coordinates administrative support including mail, filing, typing, travel arrangements, presentations, retreats, employee photos, clinic activities, etc.

Coordinates conference room scheduling by booking appointments and preventing conflicts and posting daily schedule.

Maintains police and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

Board Relations & Governance Support

Serve as the primary administrative liaison between the CEO and the Board of Directors.

Coordinate all board and committee meetings, including scheduling, agenda creation, packet preparation, and meals.

Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and responsiveness in all board interactions.

Track and support follow-up on board action items and strategic priorities.

Help ensure board communications reflect clarity, alignment, and respect for governance roles.

Community Engagement & Event Support

Plan and execute key organizational events (e.g., annual community appreciation BBQ, fundraising initiatives, community outreach events).

Support relationships with local community partners, organizations, and vendors.

Marketing, website and internal content, social media management.

Other marketing duties as assigned

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant is preferred but not required.

Previous experience in health care setting is preferred, ideally in office practice.

High School graduate or GED equivalent is required.

Associate’s degree preferred but not required.

The ability to use current office machines and computer software.

The ability to communicate effectively in person and on the telephone with other staff, the public, the patients and the Board of Directors of CRH.

Must have a valid Driver’s License for various duties including but not limited to trips to post office, picking up supplies, meals for meetings and parties, possible transport of an employee or patient, and any other duties as requested.
