About Us

Best RV Center is one of California's leading RV dealerships, committed to providing exceptional customer service while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and accuracy. We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounting Clerk to join our accounting team.

Position Summary

The Accounting Clerk will support the daily accounting operations of our busy dealership. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can effectively manage multiple priorities, and takes pride in producing accurate work.

Responsibilities

· Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

· Enter and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and vendor statements

· Post customer payments

· Assist with daily cash reconciliation and accounting reports

· Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems

· Prepare and update spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel

· Assist with month-end closing procedures

· Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and internal departments

· Perform general administrative and accounting support duties

· Assist with other accounting projects as assigned

Qualifications

· Minimum of 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred

· College education in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field preferred

· Proficiency in QuickBooks is preferred

· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required

· Prior experience in an automotive, RV, or powersports dealership is highly desirable

· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills
