Full Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Associate to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent service to our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of our retail environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others, making them a vital part of our organization.

Pay: Starting at $16 per hour plus commission for retail and internal sales.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs.
Assist customers that have purchased their RV at our dealership to outfit and accessorize their new RV.
Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
Maintain an organized inventory system, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed.
Apply knowledge of internet searches and technology to research problematic parts and accessory replacements.
Utilize Excel and DMS system for tracking and logging ordered parts data.
Receive and count incoming parts/materials. Verify against packing slip, purchase order, and other records for accuracy. Physically inspect all incoming freight for damage.
Inform RV manufactures when freight is damaged or incorrect. Follow up with manufactures to make sure RGA credits are received.
Support RV repair Service Advisors by providing parts pricing and availablity when needed.
Work collaboratively with special order parts team, sales, and technicians to help locate and identify needed parts and accessories.
Supply RV Techs with all parts needed for prep work and/or customer and warranty repairs.
Receive customer calls and emails to assist them with their parts needs.
Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills.
Operate forklift to load, unload and transport materials following accepted operating and safe practice procedure after certification.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
Previous forklift experience is helpful but will train.
Valid Utah driver’s license with insurable driving record.
Proficiency in cash handling and operating a cash register.
Familiarity with inventory management systems, including Lightspeed, is advantageous.
Skills in Excel for data entry is helpful.
Must be able to work Saturdays
Basic understanding of retail math concepts.
Knowledge or experience in RV use and maintenance is a plus but not required.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
