Job Overview
C&C Garbage is expanding. We run a tight, high-output residential sanitation and logistics operation in the rural Moore footprint, and we reward absolute reliability. We don't micromanage, we maintain our iron, and we expect total ownership from our operators.
Are you top-tier talent currently stuck in a dead-end position with our competition? If you are tired of being treated like a number by large corporate waste companies, sitting in broken-down trucks, and dealing with layers of disconnected management, this is your exit ramp. We are looking for men who are hungry, driven, and prepared to lock their focus into a career with extreme growth potential. We maintain a drama-free yard, set clear expectations, and our team will always have your back. If you want to build a long-term future and scale with a rapidly growing independent operator, this is your pad.
If you show up late, make excuses, need hand-holding, or can't handle Texas weather, do not apply.
THE FIRST TEST (Read Carefully) Do not send a direct message on this platform. To apply, you must call (210) 716-0538 and leave a voicemail with your name, phone number, and a brief summary of your heavy truck experience. Duties & Responsibilities
- Safe & Efficient Operation: Safely operate residential collection vehicles across our fleet lineup—including automated side loaders (Peterbilt 320), medium-duty chassis (Hino 338), cabovers (Isuzu NRR), and Ford F-450 / F-550 rear loaders.
- Route Ownership: Complete your assigned rural routes efficiently, practicing defensive driving techniques to protect yourself, the public, and the equipment. You take 100% accountability and responsibility for the routes you are assigned. Each stop is completed thoroughly and every customer is left satisfied with your service every single week, without fail.
- Mechanical Discipline: Conduct meticulous pre-trip and post-trip inspections. You are responsible for checking fluids, tires, PTO, and hydraulic cycle controls before hitting the asphalt.
- Pace & Hustle: Maintain a high operational tempo under tough outdoor conditions, managing heavy containers, operating rear-load packers safely, and handling residential service stops without cutting corners.
- Communication: Work directly with route dispatcher and leadership to report route status, tight clearance issues, or equipment maintenance needs immediately.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License: Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with air brake and manual transmission capability is highly preferred, but we have spots for sharp, high-drive non-CDL operators experienced with heavy-duty class 4/5 trucks (F-450/F-550).
- Proven Truck Experience: Experience operating medium-to-heavy-duty commercial trucks, garbage trucks, dump trucks, or hotshot rigs is preferred.
- Mechanical Awareness: Strong respect for the iron. Ability to notice subtle changes in hydraulic pressures, brakes, or engine performance before they turn into breakdowns.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to handle repetitive physical tasks, lifting, and climbing in and out of the cab in variable Texas weather conditions.
- The Right Temperament: High integrity, professional road presence, and an unshakable work ethic. No drama at work or home will be tolerated.
What We Offer
- Top-Tier Compensation: High-matching pay based on capability, reliability, and speed.
- Clear Chain of Command: An operational structure that respects your time, performance, and your commitment to the brand.
- Active, Front-Line Leadership: This company is run by an active owner who works directly alongside the crew, knows the trucks, knows the routes, and leads from the front. No corporate red tape, no HR committees, and no games. You will have the opportunity to be in close proximity to the owner on a regular basis. No middle management paper-pushing desk jockeys will be telling you how to do your job.
- Accelerated Career Path: We recognize true talent, mechanical discipline, and dedication instantly. Top performers who take ownership of their roles have a direct line to rapid advancement and leadership opportunities as we scale.
Pay: From $1,000.00 per week
