Job Overview
Our Senior Living Facility is a premiere center for short term rehabilitation, long term skilled nursing care. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centered care to our residents. We strive to enhance their quality of life by addressing their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Our team is committed to supporting both residents and their families in navigating their healthcare journey.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a Business Office Manager to join our dedicated team. This role is vital in supporting residents and their families by developing, implementing, and maintaining systems to operate the business office in an effective, efficient, and financially sound manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage all bookkeeping duties.
Assist residents and families with the application and approval process for Public Aid/ Medicaid, Medicare, SS and / or private insurance benefits.
AR functions such as timely collection of all accounts receivables, back-end collections and billing for Public Aid/ Medicaid, Medicare and managed care accounts for our intermediate care facility.
Perform all Resident Trust Fund activities including disbursement and deposits.

Qualifications:

Education: High school graduate or equivalent required.
Experience: At least 2-4 years in office management and office systems. Additional experience in accounting preferred.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and its applications required.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.
