Brand Ambassador & Event Sales Associate

Grace Winery
Hourly Position | Part-Time / Seasonal

Position Overview

Grace Winery is seeking outgoing, dependable, and professional Brand Ambassadors & Event Sales Associates to represent our winery at wine festivals, food festivals, tastings, and promotional events. This role is responsible for transporting event materials, setting up and breaking down booths, engaging guests with enthusiasm and product knowledge, and executing retail wine sales through our point-of-sale system.

The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, organized, and passionate about hospitality, wine, and creating memorable guest experiences while representing the Grace Winery brand.

Key ResponsibilitiesEvent Execution & Brand Representation

Represent Grace Winery professionally and enthusiastically at festivals, tastings, and promotional events
Educate guests about Grace Winery, our history, wines, experiences, and brand story
Provide exceptional customer service and create engaging interactions with guests
Promote wine sales, club memberships, upcoming events, and winery experiences
Maintain a polished, welcoming, and professional appearance at all times

Event Setup & Operations

Load, transport, unload, set up, and break down all event materials, including wine, tables, tents, signage, POS equipment, and promotional items
Ensure all event materials are handled carefully and organized properly before and after each event
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing booth or event space
Monitor inventory levels during events and communicate needs to management

Sales & POS Transactions

Process customer purchases accurately using the winery’s POS system
Handle cash and credit card transactions responsibly
Follow all applicable alcohol sales laws and ID verification procedures
Reconcile sales and submit event reporting as required

Transportation & Logistics

Safely drive company vehicles to and from event locations
Follow all traffic laws and company vehicle policies
Assist with event logistics, timing, and coordination to ensure smooth execution

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to lift and carry event materials (up to 50 lbs)
Comfortable standing for extended periods during events
Reliable transportation to and from Grace Winery when required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Previous experience in hospitality, retail sales, events, food & beverage, or wine industry preferred
Wine knowledge is a plus, but training will be provided

Schedule & Availability

Flexible schedule required, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Event schedules may vary based on festival and promotional calendars
Some early mornings and long event days may be required

Compensation

Hourly pay based on experience
