Full Job Description

Bearing Point Property Management (BPPM) is looking for a Regional Manager, Lease-Up & Operations to lead leasing velocity, on-site staff training, and operational excellence for our lease-up communities across Louisiana and the Gulf South. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who thrives on new-property launches and enjoys coaching onsite teams to success from pre-opening through stabilization.

What You'll Do

● Lead and mentor Community Managers and on-site leasing teams, training and coaching them on procedures, systems, and performance standards.

● Own new-property setup and systems onboarding for each lease-up launch, including ResMan, Funnel, Tour24, Rentana, GraceHill LMS, and other BPPM platforms.

● Develop and execute leasing strategy aligned to pro forma targets, tracking velocity and adjusting in real time.

● Partner with the Marketing Manager on each property's marketing plan, grand openings, and lead conversion.

● Serve as the primary operations support contact for assigned site teams, providing systems troubleshooting, SOP guidance, and vendor coordination.

● Review budgets, financial reports, and KPIs for assigned properties, and report performance to the Director of Property Management.

What You Bring

● Five years of progressive multifamily property management experience, including two years in a regional, multisite, or lease-up leadership role.

● Prior experience leading or supporting a lease-up or heavy value-add community from pre-opening through stabilization.

● Strong knowledge of Fair Housing law, property operations, and lease-up strategy.

● Proficiency with property management software such as ResMan, Funnel, Rentana, and Tour24.

● A valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly to assigned properties (at least 75% of the time).

● CAM, CAPS, or equivalent industry certification preferred, or actively in progress.

Details

● Full-time, salary exempt. Monday–Friday, with flexibility based on lease-up activity.

● Hybrid work schedule - Based in Pensacola, FL or Baton Rouge, LA, with on-site work at assigned properties and regional travel of at least 75%.
