Full Job Description

REMAX Traders Unlimited is seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients, agents, and visitors, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming experience while providing administrative support to our busy real estate office.

If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in staying organized, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients, agents, and visitors with a positive and professional attitude.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
Manage outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain an organized and professional reception area.
Support agents and office staff with administrative tasks.
Schedule appointments and assist with meeting room coordination.
Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to learn new software and office systems quickly.
Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience is preferred.
Real estate experience is a plus, but not required.
