Full Job Description

We are seeking a full time bookkeeper and office assistant to join our team. Ideal applicant will be jointly responsible for accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as all relevant data entry for multiple companies. Other daily activities include helping to manage inventories, corporate paperwork and general reception-type duties. Must have a great background in corporate bookkeeping and taxes. Must be fully familiar with Quickbooks and MS Office. This job has plenty of advancement opportunity within a growing company!
