KALLATI is seeking an experienced Independent Sales Representative to expand our wholesale presence throughout the United States. This opportunity is ideal for established independent sales representatives, manufacturers' representatives, and wholesale sales professionals who already maintain active relationships with independent jewelry retailers and are looking to add a highly respected luxury brand to their portfolio.
As an Independent Sales Representative, you will leverage your existing relationships, develop new wholesale opportunities, support trunk shows and industry events, and help independent retailers grow their business through thoughtfully curated fine jewelry collections.

What You'll Do
As our Independent Sales Representative, you will:
- Leverage your existing relationships within the fine jewelry industry to open new wholesale accounts and generate repeat business.
- Develop new business opportunities with independent jewelry retailers and Continental Buying Group (CBG) members across the United States.
- Travel extensively to conduct retailer visits, sales presentations, trunk shows, and industry events.
- Present KALLATI's fine jewelry collections while recommending assortments tailored to each retailer's customer base and buying patterns.
- Build long-term partnerships through exceptional customer service, consistent follow-up, and proactive account management.
- Support retailers with merchandising recommendations and product selections that maximize sell-through.
- Communicate market trends, customer feedback, competitive activity, and growth opportunities to leadership.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of prospective and existing accounts while proactively identifying new opportunities nationwide without territorial limitations.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- A proven sales hunter with an established network of independent jewelry retailers.
- Highly relationship-driven with exceptional business development skills.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
- Professional, polished, and confident representing a luxury jewelry brand.
- A strong negotiator with outstanding presentation and communication skills.
- Experienced in merchandising and tailoring product assortments for diverse retail markets.
- Comfortable traveling extensively while managing an active sales territory.
- Motivated by uncapped earning potential in a commission-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of successful fine jewelry wholesale sales experience with independent jewelry retailers and/or Continental Buying Group (CBG) members.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a commission-based sales environment.
- Established network of independent jewelry retailers and industry relationships strongly preferred.
- Experience presenting fine jewelry collections, conducting in-person sales meetings, and supporting trunk shows.
- Strong relationship management, presentation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel 70% or more throughout the United States.
- Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
- Commission: Earn 8% to 10% of net sales received.
- Potential Draw: Opportunity for a draw against future commissions.
- Travel Reimbursement: All approved business travel expenses are reimbursed, including hotel accommodations, airfare, mileage, ground transportation, and other approved travel-related expenses.

Working Environment
- Remote, field-based independent contractor position.
- Extensive travel throughout the United States.
- Frequent retailer visits, trunk shows, trade shows, customer presentations, and business development activities.
- Independent, entrepreneurial work environment backed by an established luxury jewelry manufacturer and collaborative leadership team.
Physical Requirements
This position requires frequent travel by automobile and airplane, regular lifting and transportation of jewelry sample cases and marketing materials weighing up to 25 pounds, extended periods of driving and walking during customer visits and trade events, and daily use of computers, phones, tablets, and other business technology.
