We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing & Patient Services Coordinator to join our healthcare team. Duties

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and print channels, including social media marketing, email marketing, and advertising sales efforts.
Manage content creation for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms using tools like WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, and HTML to ensure engaging and accurate messaging.
Optimize online presence through SEO techniques and Google Analytics insights to increase visibility and patient outreach.
Coordinate advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords to attract new patients and promote services.
Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and patient preferences to inform targeted marketing initiatives.
Support patient services by providing clear communication, scheduling assistance, and ensuring a positive experience during visits.
Track campaign performance using analytics tools to measure ROI and adjust strategies for maximum effectiveness.

Skills

Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, and performance marketing.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML, and marketing automation tools.
Experience with E-commerce platforms and B2B marketing strategies to expand outreach efforts.
Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages for diverse audiences.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and print advertising methods.
Ability to conduct thorough research and analyze data to inform decision-making processes.

Position Summary

The Marketing & Front Desk Coordinator will play a key role in creating an exceptional patient experience while helping promote our services throughout the community. This position combines front office responsibilities with marketing and community outreach activities.

Responsibilities
Front Desk Duties

⁠ ⁠Greet and check in patients professionally and courteously.
⁠ ⁠Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling appointments.
⁠ ⁠Verify patient information and insurance details.
⁠ ⁠Collect payments and maintain accurate records.
⁠ ⁠Assist with patient registration and intake forms.
⁠ ⁠Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
⁠ ⁠Coordinate communication between patients and clinical staff.
⁠ ⁠Assist with administrative and office support tasks as needed.

Marketing Duties

⁠ ⁠Assist with social media content creation and posting.
⁠ ⁠Take photos and videos for marketing campaigns and community outreach.
⁠ ⁠Coordinate marketing events, health fairs, and community partnerships.
⁠ ⁠Distribute promotional materials to local businesses, schools, and organizations.
⁠ ⁠Help manage online reviews and patient engagement.
⁠ ⁠Assist in creating flyers, newsletters, and promotional content.
⁠ ⁠Support grand opening events, wellness programs, and special campaigns.
⁠ ⁠Track marketing activities and community outreach efforts.

Qualifications

⁠ ⁠High school diploma or equivalent required.
⁠ ⁠Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
⁠ ⁠⁠Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
⁠ ⁠Previous healthcare, customer service, or marketing experience preferred.
