Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Chef with 10+ years of Brunch and Dinner experience to lead our culinary team(AM and PM) and elevate the dining experience for our guests. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise, manage kitchen operations, and craft exceptional menus in a vibrant hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creativity, leadership, and meticulous attention to food safety standards, ensuring every dish served exceeds expectations. Duties

Lead food preparation and cooking processes, ensuring high-quality presentation and flavor consistency across all menu items.
Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to maintain efficient operations and uphold food safety protocols.
Manage inventory control and food production schedules to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
Oversee food service management during shifts, coordinating with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow.
Plan menus that reflect culinary trends, dietary requirements, and customer preferences while controlling costs.
Enforce strict adherence to food safety sanitizing procedures and hygiene standards throughout the kitchen.
Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely delivery of exceptional dishes in large-scale settings.
Monitor kitchen operations for efficiency improvements, implementing best practices in kitchen management and food handling.
Maintain a positive team environment by fostering leadership qualities among staff and encouraging professional development.

Requirements

Proven experience in fine dining environments with strong culinary skills in food preparation, cooking, and presentation. 10 year experience as a chef.
Demonstrated supervisory experience managing kitchen teams in fast-paced settings such as restaurants or catering services.
Extensive knowledge of food safety standards, sanitizing procedures, and proper food handling techniques.
Experience with menu planning, inventory management, cost control, and food industry best practices.
Background in banquet experience, catering events, or large-scale food production is highly desirable.
Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to manage shifts effectively and motivate teams.
Familiarity with restaurant management systems, inventory control tools, and hospitality industry standards.
