Job Summary
The Outreach Coordinator is responsible for promoting the organization’s mission, services, programs, and brand through strategic activities, community engagement, and relationship building. This role strengthens visibility across the region, cultivates partnerships, and ensures consistent and effective communication across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, healthcare providers, schools, nonprofits, and local businesses.
- Represent the organization at community events, fairs, networking functions, and presentations.
- Schedule and facilitate outreach visits to partner organizations.
- Develop informational materials and ensure they are distributed throughout the community.
- Gather feedback from community partners to improve outreach strategies and service awareness.
- Assist internal teams in promoting workshops, educational sessions, or service offerings.
- Support event planning, logistics, registration, and day‑of coordination.
- Collaborate with program staff to ensure outreach efforts align with organizational goals.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, contact lists, and partnership engagement.
- Track outreach metrics and prepare monthly or quarterly reports.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and communication standards.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in outreach, communications, or community engagement.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Community engagement and networking experience.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express).
- Ability to build and maintain strong community relationships.
- Comfortable presenting to groups and representing the organization publicly.
- Social Media and digital outreach experience.
- Experience working in healthcare, nonprofit, education, or human services environments.
- Event planning experience.
- Experience with CRM databases.
- Knowledge of community resources and local organizations.

Physical & Work Requirements

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
