Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Lead to oversee daily
operations within our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be
responsible for coordinating production activities with fiber laser’s, tube
bending and press brake machines, ensuring safety standards are upheld, and
driving continuous process improvements. The ideal candidate will possess
strong mechanical knowledge, excellent team management skills, and a passion
for optimizing manufacturing workflows to meet quality and efficiency goals.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team and
contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage production teams on the factory floor, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely
Interpret technical drawings, manufacturing documents, and work instructions to guide tasks accurately
Operate and oversee the use of fiber laser’s, tube bending, power tools, hand
tools, forklifts, and measuring instruments to support manufacturing processes
Enforce safety protocols and standards in accordance with industry regulations to maintain a safe working environment
Coordinate with quality control to monitor product standards and implement process improvements for increased efficiency
Conduct manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting while adhering to safety guidelines
Support warehouse activities including inventory management, material handling, and logistics coordination

Skills

Proven experience in factory or manufacturing facility operations with a strong understanding of production workflows
Mechanical skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings and use measuring instruments accurately
Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and other factory equipment
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement techniques
Ability to manage production or assembly teams effectively while fostering a safety-first culture
Familiarity with safety standards in production environments
Strong organizational skills with the capacity to interpret production documents and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
Warehouse experience including inventory control, material handling, and logistics management
Mechanical knowledge complemented by experience with technical assembly tasks and process optimization
