Job description

IntelliSys Solutions Group is an engineering and project management consulting firm headquartered in Philadelphia PA. Our team of software developers, engineers, and business analysts work together to improve automation, streamline logistics, and establish quality control for government organizations.

Job Summary

In this role, the Management Analyst candidate would be asked to support the logistics and project planning needs of a division, supporting leadership with organizational functions, and helping facilitate the needs of a core group of engineers working on mission critical tasks. ISG has comparatively placed analysts and engineers on-site for support, training, and guidance, however the Management Analyst will be expected to work semi-independently as an embedded resource within a DOD team.

Specific duties may include:

Support budget tracking, resource planning, and scheduling activities.
Creating detailed excel dashboards to provide comprehensive overview of tasks received, funds spent, milestone projections, and manpower requirements.
Build and maintain long- and short-term plans, including milestone targets, critical path, and resource forecasts.
Help create a technology development roadmap for technical teams to follow, along with tracking to ensure metrics are met
Attend technical meetings on behalf of management and incorporate discussion points as action items in various tracking tools.
Facilitate resource availability and allocation across competing priorities; proactively identify constraints and recommend options/tradeoffs
Administrative duties such as organizing and attending key meetings, capture discussions and action items, and producing concise meeting minutes for distribution, scheduling and coordinate meetings.

Qualifications

This position requires a Bachelor's level degree in any Business or STEM Technical Field to apply. The ideal candidate will take pride in being organized and will be able to set appropriate work priorities independently. Strong attention to details/deadlines and the ability to timely follow-up are preferred, along with proficiencies in certain traits/skills;

Ability to communicate clearly, write professionally, and stay organized
Ability to work at a high level within Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Planner, and Microsoft Project
Must pass criminal background check and be prepared to obtain Department of Defense security clearance.
Needs at least 1 years of internship or similar experience in financial management, tracking schedule, cost performance tools, or maintaining databases.
Basic understanding of Kanban principles and Agile methodology is preferred
