Job Title: Car Service Driver/Bellman – Liberty Hill
Department: Transportation
Reports to: Transportation Director
Hours: Morning weekend shifts
Pay: $15/hr plus service charge
Responsibilities:
Car Service
- Safely transport hotel guests and members to and from designated locations.
- Ensure vehicle cleanliness, safety, and routine maintenance checks.
- Follow all traffic laws and company transportation policies.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage and personal belongings.
- Maintain accurate trip logs and fill out car service chits
- Follow all rules and house policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
- Other duties are to be determined.
Bellman
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
- Assist guests with luggage handling, storage, and transportation.
- Shuttle guests back and forth from the Lodge, Golf Club and Lafayette complex
- Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel amenities and services.
- Respond quickly and professionally to guest inquiries and special requests.
- Ensure a positive first and last impression for all guests.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive and welcoming attitude.
- Must stand for long periods of time (4 hours).
- Must be able to lift 10 pounds to help with carrying food or drink trays.
- Must be able to go up and down stairs
