We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and creative Senior Video Producer / Videographer to join our in-house team. This role is much more than video editing. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of a project from concept to completion brainstorming ideas, developing storyboards, directing shoots, filming, editing, and delivering engaging content across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities Video Production
- Produce projects from concept through final delivery
- Brainstorm and develop creative concepts with the team
- Create storyboards, shot lists, production schedules, and filming plans
- Produce and direct interviews, podcasts, celebrity features, branded content, editorial videos, documentaries, events, and social media content
- Direct on-camera talent and help create a comfortable, professional production environment
- Film using professional Sony and Blackmagic cinema camera systems
- Capture cinematic b-roll, behind-the-scenes footage, and promotional content
- Travel as needed for productions, interviews, events, and cover shoots
Video Editing & Post Production
- Assemble and edit raw footage into compelling, engaging stories
- Edit long-form YouTube content as well as short-form content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms
- Utilize AI-powered editing tools to improve workflow and efficiency while maintaining the ability to complete edits independently
- Add music, graphics, motion graphics, captions, sound effects, and visual enhancements
- Perform color correction, color grading, audio cleanup, and final quality control
- Export content for multiple platforms and aspect ratios
Creative Strategy
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new content ideas and recurring video series
- Help expand and grow our YouTube channel and overall video strategy
- Stay current on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Meta, and emerging platform trends
- Pitch fresh creative ideas, production techniques, and storytelling approaches
- Identify opportunities to create content that drives audience growth and engagement
Organization & Project Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Maintain organized media libraries, project files, and backups
- Build production timelines with milestones for filming, editing, internal review, revisions, and launch
- Communicate project status proactively and ensure deliverables stay on schedule
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times while maintaining exceptional quality
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional video production experience
- Experience producing, filming, and editing podcasts and multi-camera productions.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating cinematic storytelling and commercial-quality work
- Experience filming and producing podcasts and multi-camera productions
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar professional editing software
- Experience using AI-powered editing tools and workflows
- Ability to edit projects manually from start to finish without relying solely on AI
- Experience filming with Sony Cinema Line and Blackmagic Design cameras
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, camera movement, framing, and audio recording
- Experience directing interviews, podcasts, productions, and on-camera talent
- Knowledge of YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and social media best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional photography experience (while video production is the primary focus of this role, photography support is expected during productions and events when needed)
- Experience with drones and gimbal operation
- Motion graphics and Adobe After Effects experience
- Experience with live streaming or podcast production
- Experience working with celebrities, brands, and editorial productions
- Experience creating content for luxury, lifestyle, entertainment, and media brands
