You’ll help lead the daily rhythm of the golf operation while supporting a team dedicated to making every guest interaction feel personal, elevated, and impeccably managed.
- Support daily golf operations, ensuring an inviting, organized, and high-performing experience from arrival through departure.
- Provide visible leadership across the golf shop, player services, tee-time operations, tournaments, and on-course guest touchpoints.
- Create memorable service moments for resort guests, members, groups, and local players with genuine warmth and professional poise.
- Assist with scheduling, training, coaching, and motivating team members to uphold exceptional hospitality and operational standards.
- Help manage merchandise presentation, inventory, retail sales, and golf-shop performance with a sharp eye for detail.
- Support tournaments, outings, clinics, and special events that showcase the energy and hospitality of the resort.
- Partner closely with resort, food and beverage, grounds, and events teams to create a connected guest journey.
- Maintain strong knowledge of golf operations, pace-of-play practices, safety expectations, and service recovery techniques.
- Step in wherever needed—because the best leaders know that every role on the course contributes to the experience.
- A genuine passion for golf, hospitality, and creating experiences that feel polished without ever feeling scripted.
- Experience in golf operations, resort recreation, private club, public course, retail, or a similarly guest-driven environment.
- Leadership instincts: the ability to set the tone, solve problems calmly, and bring out the best in a team.
- Confidence working in a dynamic setting where weekends, holidays, early mornings, and peak-season energy are part of the rhythm.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through—because details matter, especially in a premium resort setting.

- Knowledge of golf systems, tee-time management, tournament coordination, and retail operations is highly valued.
