Job Title: Full-Time Paramedic (Infusion Specialist)

Location: Prime IV Hydration and Wellness, Scottsdale, AZ

Our spa-like setting offers clients a unique experience, combining medical expertise with a relaxing atmosphere.

Position Overview: We are seeking the best of the best! Our ideal candidate is a passionate, skilled Paramedic with a focus on infusion therapy. If you have a love for health and wellness and enjoy helping clients achieve their goals, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one consultations and administer IV vitamin infusions
Conduct vital sign checks and ensure accurate charting
Customize IV treatments based on client needs using our proprietary blends
Maintain a 90% success rate in IV insertions
Deliver an unparalleled customer experience, offering education and support in a serene spa setting
Participate in shared administrative responsibilities, including managing CRM systems, booking, and maintaining a clean environment

Personal Qualities:

Passionate about health and wellness
Outgoing, empathetic, and a great listener
Positive, bubbly, and people-oriented
Adaptable and tech-savvy
Sales experience

Professional Qualifications:

Experience in the medical field, especially IV therapy
Strong leadership and customer service skills
Ability to handle stress with calm and composure

Compensation and Benefits:

Competitive base pay, dependent on experience
Average an additional $10,000 annually in tips and commissions

Work Schedule: Our hours are Monday and Wednesday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, and Sunday 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM. Shifts start 15 minutes before opening.
