Plant Manager Wanted

What You'll Do

Lead the Team

Inspire and develop production leaders and employees
Create a culture of accountability, safety, quality, and continuous improvement
Coach employees, develop future leaders, and build a winning team
Lead hiring, employee development, corrective action, and performance management activities

Run the Operation

Oversee daily manufacturing operations
Ensure projects are produced safely, efficiently, and on time
Improve productivity, reduce waste, and drive operational performance
Keep production moving while maintaining high quality standards

Drive Business Results

Manage budgets and production costs
Analyze operational metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
Find creative ways to increase efficiency and profitability
Help transform strategy into measurable results

Collaborate Across Departments

Partner with Sales, Project Management, Estimating, Design, Shipping, and Installation teams
Remove obstacles, improve communication, and keep projects moving forward
Help ensure customer expectations are exceeded every step of the way

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of manufacturing, production, or plant management experience
Strong understanding of operations, productivity, costs, and business performance
Experience leading teams and building a positive culture

Bonus points for:

Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience
OSHA certification
ERP system experience such as Jobscope
