Full Job Description

Epix Interiors LLC is a regional builder design center company seeking an energetic Residential Flooring Field Manger to join our team. Qualified candidates MUST have at least 3 years of related flooring experience and possess good interpersonal skills. The person must also be able to focus on detail in working with flooring installers on our jobsites and have the ability to follow and keep a job on schedule with RFMS.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, this position supervises flooring installers and in conjunction works with our builder/contractors to handle the day-to-day issues as they arise. The position also requires computer skills to update jobsite schedules and communicate with our builders.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
-Ability to read a builder schedule and lead a team of flooring installers to meet the schedule
-Ability to use Microsoft Excel and work in order to communicate with our builders
-Ability to multitask in order to meet the needs of our customers
-Ability to use MS Excel & Word and other related computer programs

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
-A High School Diploma or GED required.
-All other education is a plus!
-3+ years of related flooring experience is required.

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
-Strong customer service skills
-Knowledge of the flooring business
-Ability to speak SPANISH is a plus!
-Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and RFMS is a plus
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
-Required to stand and work on a jobsite for long periods of time.
- Some lifting and moving of materials may be required from time to time.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
-Work performed in on a local jobsite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour
