Full Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and recovery-focused individual to join our team in a live-in support role. This position is ideal for someone in recovery who wants to grow professionally, help others in early recovery, and be part of a company that is expanding and making a real impact in the community.

This role includes rent-free live-in housing at our sober living home, along with a monthly stipend of $800. The selected candidate will also support intake coordination, outreach, peer follow-ups, and communication between the sober living home and the clinical team.

Schedule

Live-in position at the sober living home
Clinic support Monday through Friday
Must be available, responsive, and dependable
Must have reliable transportation to and from the clinic

Responsibilities

Serve as a live-in recovery support staff member for the sober living home
Follow all company policies, house rules, and state regulations
Do not create or enforce personal rules outside of approved company policy
Complete peer follow-ups with members at least 3 times per week
Support new member intakes and help coordinate admissions
Assist with outreach and community relationship-building
Communicate clearly with the clinical and administrative team
Help maintain a safe, structured, respectful, and recovery-focused living environment
Report concerns, incidents, or policy violations to leadership promptly
Encourage accountability, structure, and positive recovery habits among members
Stay organized, focused, and responsive throughout the day
Work as a team player and support the overall mission of the program

Qualifications

Must be in recovery with at least 2 years of continuous sobriety
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must have your own reliable vehicle
Must be able to transport yourself to and from the clinic
CPR certification required
Peer Support Certification strongly preferred
Experience in sober living, behavioral health, outreach, peer support, or addiction recovery preferred
Kipu EMR experience is a plus, but not required
Must be dependable, professional, and able to follow direction
Must have strong communication and coordination skills
Must be motivated, driven, and interested in personal and professional growth
