Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations using hotel management software.
Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and messages effectively.
Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services.
Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism at the front desk area.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is beneficial.
Experience in resort environments is a plus.
Multilingual abilities is a plus to assist diverse clientele.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
