Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will develop, implement, and oversee individualized behavioral intervention plans tailored to children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. Your expertise will help improve patient outcomes through evidence-based practices rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those with neurodevelopmental disorders while working in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a passion for patient care, and the ability to collaborate effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive behavioral psychological assessments and functional assessments to identify client needs and strengths.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on diagnostic evaluations and data collection.
Deliver high-quality ABA therapy sessions in various settings, including home-based environments, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and educational teams to provide training on behavioral strategies and support strategies for individuals with autism and other disabilities.
Maintain accurate medical records, patient assessments, intake documentation, and treatment notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Perform behavioral health evaluations and support the integration of behavioral health principles into patient care plans.
Participate in ongoing professional development related to medical terminology, diagnostic evaluation techniques, and current best practices in applied behavior analysis.

Experience

Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, preferably within a clinical or home-based setting.
Demonstrated expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and behavioral psychological assessments.
Familiarity with medical documentation standards, HIPAA compliance, and medical records management.
Experience conducting functional assessments and supporting individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder.
Prior involvement in intake processes, diagnostic evaluations, or behavioral health assessments is highly desirable.
Knowledge of medical terminology relevant to patient care and behavioral health is advantageous.
Background working with individuals across various settings—home-based environments preferred—is a strong plus.
