About Us

OmShera Holdings is a growing hospitality group dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through quality service, operational excellence, and strong community values. Our team at the Home2 Suites by Hilton Piper Glen is seeking a results-driven Director of Sales to lead revenue generation efforts. This individual will be responsible for driving occupancy, ADR, and market share through strategic sales initiatives, local relationship development, and proactive account management.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales activity and productivity goals through strategic prospecting efforts including scheduled sales appointments, networking, door-to-door outreach, online sales tools, community engagement, and other creative business development initiatives.
Build and cultivate new business opportunities through strategic relationship development and market outreach initiatives.
Identify and secure extended stay opportunities including corporate travelers, relocation accounts, medical stays, government business, construction crews, and insurance displacement business.
Lead the annual and ongoing RFP process by analyzing account production, developing strategic pricing recommendations, and submitting competitive proposals aligned with revenue goals.
Qualify all leads and follow up promptly to convert them into business.
Maintain and grow existing key accounts by establishing strong relationships and identifying evolving client needs.
Schedule and attend client appointments, site tours, and networking events.
Respond in a timely manner to inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Develop and maintain accurate customer profiles and account histories. Input all data into available CRM tools.
Utilize CRM tools such as Delphi for managing customer relationships by tracking leads, monitoring sales activities, analyzing performance metrics, and maintaining an effective trace system using to ensure exceptional client service.
Draft and manage written communications to clients including proposals, contracts, and follow-ups.
Work closely with the General Manager on business planning and goal setting.
Foster strong interdepartmental communication to ensure all team members are informed of upcoming groups, events, VIP arrivals, and client needs while promoting an “everybody sells” culture focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Assist in servicing client events and maintaining positive guest relations throughout the booking and stay process.
Participate in weekly sales and revenue meetings and contribute to sales planning and strategy.
Attend marketing and revenue management calls to align local efforts with corporate strategies.
Partner with the General Manager to assess marketing performance, analyze market trends and competitor activity, and help develop targeted sales and promotional strategies.
Complete and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the General Manager and Corporate Sales & Operations Team.
Represent the hotel at industry events, client appreciation gatherings, and local networking opportunities.
Foster relationships with local businesses, competitors, and community organizations.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of direct hotel sales experience (select-service and/or extended stay preferred).
Hilton brand experience strongly preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems. Experience using Delphi, OnQ R&I, Hilton Elevate, and PEP are preferred.
Knowledge of revenue management, performance marketing, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends, evaluate opportunities, and implement effective sales strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and team collaboration abilities.
Flexible schedule including availability on weekends, as needed.
College degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
