We are a growing local family-owned cleaning business that is currently looking to add to our staff to help with residential house cleaning. The right candidate needs to be ok if they start with only a few hours and get more as the schedule grows. (15-30+ hrs per week expected) (Our schedule varies)
Preferably The applicant needs to be available Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm and have availability on weekends as needed and on days school is out.
We are looking for a candidate that can work as a team and grow in the position to a team lead.

*Must have valid driver's license with minimal traffic violations and ability to drive company vehicle
**Must be able to pass drug test.

We are looking for someone ready to work, trustworthy, dependable and has experience in residential housecleaning, very detailed oriented but can work efficiently. This position works in a team of 2-3 people and typically cleans 3-4 homes per day. The teams travel together in company vehicles within 30 min of Joplin. This position may also clean some Commercial spaces solo as needed.

Summary
As a Residential House Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in clients' homes during part-time daytime hours, Monday through Friday and some weekends. This role requires strong core skills in cleaning and customer service, ensuring a pleasant experience for homeowners. You will utilize your knowledge of residential cleaning to deliver high-quality results. A valid driver's license is essential for travel between job sites. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will make you a vital part of our team, contributing to a clean and welcoming environment for our clients. This position will help with move out cleaning, Commercial cleaning, deep cleaning and maintenance cleaning of homes and offices.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
