Full Job Description

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Human Resources Director to lead our organization's human resources functions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in HR management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development. As the Human Resources Director, you will oversee all HR operations, develop strategic initiatives to enhance workforce performance, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. This role requires a proactive leader capable of fostering a positive workplace culture while managing complex HR programs and policies.

Duties

Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Lead talent acquisition efforts through effective sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding processes utilizing HRIS systems.
Oversee employee relations, providing guidance on conflict management, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions to promote a healthy work environment.
Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws including FMLA, OSHA, workers' compensation, and other relevant regulations.
Manage benefits administration, payroll processing platforms and oversee employee benefits programs to ensure competitive offerings.
Supervise HR team members in areas such as training & development, succession planning, and HR sourcing initiatives.
Collaborate with senior leadership on organizational design, change management strategies, and strategic planning to support business growth.

Qualifications

Proven experience in human resources management with a focus in healthcare HR
Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in diverse HR functions including employee evaluation and performance management.
Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation procedures, and benefits administration.
Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
Experience in talent acquisition strategies including sourcing through Indeed
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and organizational excellence.
