Events Manager – Hospitality & Special Events

Exceptional Events Start with Exceptional People.

We're an established, high-volume hospitality company seeking an experienced Events Manager to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to work with one of the region's premier event venues, managing everything from intimate celebrations to large corporate functions, weddings, fundraisers, and private events.

What You'll Do

Manage private events from signed contract through execution.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the planning process.
Coordinate with culinary, operations, bar, and service teams to ensure flawless event execution.
Conduct client meetings, venue tours, and final planning appointments.
Prepare detailed banquet event orders (BEOs) and communicate all event details to operations.
Attend events to ensure quality, guest satisfaction, and smooth execution.
Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Resolve challenges quickly while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Assist with venue marketing initiatives and networking opportunities.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of event management, catering, hotel, restaurant, or hospitality experience.
Strong computer skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Comfortable working evenings and weekends when events require.
Professional appearance and polished customer service skills.
Experience with event software such as Tripleseat, Delphi, Social Tables, or similar platforms is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
