Strategic Account Manager – eCommerce
Location: Exeter, PA

Role Summary
Are you a relationship-driven sales professional who understands the fast-paced world of eCommerce and the automotive aftermarket? Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with established wholesale eCommerce businesses and marketplace sellers across the automotive, RV, trailer, and marine aftermarket industries.

What You Wil Do…

As a Strategic Account Manager, you'll take ownership of customer relationships and work closely with eCommerce businesses to identify opportunities that support their growth and Keystone's sales objectives.

Manage and grow an established portfolio of eCommerce and marketplace customers, serving as a trusted partner and primary point of contact while building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.
Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business, including their sales model, product needs, customer base, and growth objectives, and use that knowledge to identify opportunities for expansion.
Drive sales growth through consultative selling, introducing customers to new products, categories, programs, services, and solutions that align with their business needs.
Develop new wholesale business by following up on qualified leads, engaging prospective customers, and converting opportunities into active accounts.
Monitor account performance and sales activity, using metrics and customer insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement while working toward established sales, revenue, profitability, and activity goals.
Maintain accurate account and opportunity information and provide sales forecasts, reports, and account updates to support effective planning and decision-making.
Stay informed on the automotive, RV, and marine aftermarket and eCommerce landscape, including products, competitors, marketplace trends, and emerging opportunities, and share relevant market intelligence with internal teams.
Partner across the organization to support the customer experience, helping resolve issues, coordinate solutions, and ensure customers receive responsive and effective support.
Represent Keystone with customers and industry partners through customer visits, trade shows, and other industry events as needed.

Who We Are Looking For? Someone who…

Has experience in sales, account management, customer development, eCommerce, or the automotive aftermarket. Industry experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Builds strong relationships and communicates effectively with customers and internal partners.
Is comfortable making outbound calls, developing opportunities, and asking for the sale.
Has a consultative approach and the ability to understand a customer's business and recommend solutions that meet their needs.
Is motivated by measurable goals and enjoys working in a performance-driven environment.
Can manage multiple customer relationships while staying organized and responsive.
Demonstrates strong problem-solving and follow-through skills.
Is comfortable using computers, CRM or sales systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
Has a high school diploma or GED.
Has a genuine interest in automotive products and the aftermarket industry.
Is bilingual in English and Spanish, a plus.
Is willing to travel occasionally for customer visits, trade shows, and industry events.
