Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dental Front Desk Coordinator to join our dental team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from appointment scheduling to check-out. Your expertise in dental administrative support, insurance verification, and patient service will help foster a positive environment while maintaining efficient office operations. This position offers an opportunity to utilize your strong organizational skills and dental terminology knowledge to contribute to exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Warmly greet and welcome patients with a high level of concierge care.
Flexibility to adapt to varying schedules as required.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Answering phones promptly and responding to messages.
Managing schedules - input and confirm patient appointments.
Entering in new patient records and updating ledgers with precision.
Collect co-payments and verify insurance eligibility .
Respond to patient billing or financial inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments as needed.
Assist with various office duties as directed by the Practice Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Prior dental experience is required.
Experience with dental insurance required.
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
