Texas Hand and Arm Center is a thriving, surgeon-owned private practice built by three of North Dallas's most respected hand surgeons — and they're looking for the right person to carry that legacy forward. This is a true hand surgery practice: 100% elective, no trauma call, and a fully integrated care model with six Certified Hand Therapists and an on-site surgery center. You'll step into a well-oiled operation with strong infrastructure, seasoned support staff, and a clear path to partnership. If you want to do great hand surgery without the noise of a large system, this is the opportunity.

Position Highlights

100% elective hand, wrist, and elbow surgery — adult and pediatric
No general orthopedic or trauma call; call limited to the group's own hand surgery patients
Holiday call on a rotating basis
Clinic hours 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM; no late clinics
On-site ambulatory surgery center in the same building as the clinic
Six Certified Hand Therapists providing integrated in-office therapy
Experienced ancillary team including radiology tech, cast tech, MAs, and front desk staff
Partnership track available
Desirable North Dallas office location

Candidate Requirements

Medical degree required
Board certified or board eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
Fellowship training in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery
Must hold or be able to obtain Texas medical licensure
