We are hiring driven individuals to join our team in a high-ticket sales role with a clear path into leadership.

We provide full training, mentorship, and a proven system — you bring the work ethic.

What You’ll Do:

This is a hybrid sales role combining inside and outside responsibilities:

Work inside: generate leads, schedule inspections, and manage client communication
Work outside: meet property owners, assess property damage, and close deals

You’ll be trained in a high-ticket sales model, meaning fewer deals with significantly higher commissions per close.
