Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant

PAY $18.00-$22.00

Shaw Auto Parts | Part-Time to Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Shaw Auto Parts is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant to play a vital role in maintaining the financial accuracy and operational efficiency of our growing team.

What You’ll Do

· Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks

· Maintain accurate, organized financial records and documentation

· Sending customer statements monthly

· Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies

· Conduct data entry with a strong eye for accuracy and error detection

· Make collection calls professionally and effectively

· Provide administrative support to Accounting Director

What You Bring

· Practical bookkeeping experience

· Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks experience preferred)

· Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes

· Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

· Clear communication skills and a collaborative team mindset
