Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our team at Butterburr's Restaurant. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to our menu and recipes. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about the food industry.

Duties:
- Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and menu specifications
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation during service hours
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with catering events as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role in the food industry
- Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques and culinary principles
- Proficient knife skills and ability to handle kitchen equipment safely
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
