Compensation

1099 Independent Contractor Position
Commission Only
No income cap
Weekly commission payouts
Performance bonuses and incentives

Top performers have the opportunity to earn a full-time income while working flexible hours.

As you grow your skills and consistently perform, you'll have the opportunity to advance into a Sales Closer position and eventually leadership roles within the company.

What You'll Do

As a Lead Generation Representative, your primary responsibility is creating qualified appointments for our professional sales team.

Responsibilities include:

Door-to-door canvassing in residential neighborhoods
Visiting local businesses to generate referrals and appointments
Talking with homeowners about ADT security and smart home solutions
Scheduling appointments for Sales Closers
Working local home shows, trade shows, fairs, and community events
Building relationships within the communities we serve
Maintaining a professional appearance while representing the Legacy Home Solutions brand

This position does not require you to close sales. Your job is to generate quality leads and appointments that help our sales team succeed.

Requirements

Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation

Professional appearance

Sales experience is helpful but not required. We provide training for individuals who are willing to learn and put in the effort.
