Role Description
Connected Collaborations is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing pediatric home health team in Arizona.
This is a full-time salaried leadership position designed for an experienced clinician who is passionate about delivering exceptional speech therapy services while helping mentor and support the next generation of clinicians.
The selected SLP will maintain a consistent clinical caseload of approximately 25 direct patient visits per week while supervising one or more Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) in accordance with Arizona regulations. Dedicated time is built into the role for evaluations, documentation, care coordination, supervision, and collaboration.

As our therapy department continues to expand, opportunities are available for advancement into roles including Clinical Lead, Therapy Director, Clinical Supervisor, and other leadership positions.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary: $100,000
The salary is designed around:
- Approximately 25 direct patient visits per week

Essential Responsibilities
- Maintain a consistent pediatric home health caseload
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Develop individualized plans of care
- Provide evidence-based speech therapy services in home and community settings
- Supervise and mentor Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
- Review and approve required supervisory documentation
- Complete evaluations, progress reports, re-evaluations, and daily documentation within our electronic medical record system
- Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, schools, case managers, and interdisciplinary providers
- Participate in care coordination and interdisciplinary communication
- Maintain excellent documentation and regulatory compliance
- Support quality improvement initiatives and clinical excellence
- Contribute to the continued growth of Connected Collaborations' therapy department

Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist License (or eligible before start date)
- Eligible to supervise SLPAs under Arizona regulations
- Current CPR Certification
- Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Article 9 Training (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Pediatric, developmental disability, home health, or community-based experience preferred
- Ability to work independently while maintaining exceptional clinical standards
