Pharmacy Technician
Temporary Opportunity | Brunswick, ME | $19 - $24/hr
Full-Time | 100% Onsite | Monday–Friday

We’re supporting a well-known healthcare organization in Portland, ME that’s adding three Pharmacy Technicians to their growing team. This is a great chance to step into a stable, structured pharmacy environment, no retail rush, no chaotic walk-in traffic, and very minimal face-to-face interaction.

This is a back-office pharmacy support role where you’ll help keep prescription operations running smoothly. Your day-to-day may include:

Updating and maintaining accurate patient and prescription records
Handling basic inquiries on medication pricing, availability, and coverage
Using sound judgment to route clinical questions to a pharmacist
Assisting with data entry, order processing, inventory, and shipping
Collaborating with internal medical staff through the EMR
Following all pharmacy and privacy regulations

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Maine Pharmacy Technician License (must be obtained before starting)
Ability to pass a background check
Strong multitasking and communication skills
Nice to have: prior pharmacy, medical, or administrative experience
