Overview

Join our dynamic sales team as an Inbound Sales Representative, where your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive customer engagement and revenue growth. In this energetic role, you will handle incoming inquiries from potential clients, providing consultative support to identify their needs and present tailored technology solutions. Your proactive approach and mastery of sales technology will help turn warm leads into successful deals, fueling our company's growth and customer satisfaction. Duties

Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls from prospective customers seeking technology solutions or product information.
Engage in consultative selling by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services that align with their goals.
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to log interactions, track sales pipelines, and manage customer data efficiently.
Conduct warm calling to nurture leads, follow up on inquiries, and build lasting relationships that lead to deal closing.
Negotiate terms effectively to secure agreements that benefit both the customer and the company, ensuring a positive sales experience.
Collaborate with marketing teams to understand current campaigns and leverage marketing insights for targeted outreach.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge across our sales technology stack, including Salesforce Cloud and other sales enablement tools, to provide accurate information and technical support during customer interactions.

Experience

Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing roles, especially within technology or software sales environments.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals in a B2B setting.
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales processes.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
Experience in outbound calling, warm calling, and business development activities that generate new opportunities.
Knowledge of sales technology adoption strategies and consultative selling techniques to enhance customer engagement.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team focused on achieving shared goals.
