As the Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly, supporting leadership, coordinating schedules, managing communication, and helping ensure clients and team members receive a high level of service.

Compensation:
$55,000 - $75,000 yearly
Responsibilities:-
Coordinate and manage executive schedules, ensuring seamless daily operations.

Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents with precision.

Facilitate effective communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders.

Organize and maintain files, records, and databases to ensure easy access and retrieval.

Assist in the preparation and execution of meetings, including agenda setting and minute-taking.

Handle travel arrangements and itineraries, optimizing time and resources.

Support project management efforts by tracking progress and ensuring timely completion of tasks and goals.
